SHIPPING TO OVER 200 COUNTRIES We are proud of our international shipping service. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you are located in one of those countries, we will contact you.
LOST/MISSING PACKAGES Hidayahmat™ is not liable if an incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please ensure that both your billing and shipping addresses are correct before finalizing your purchase. If we have made an error, we will take full responsibility for the order.
CUSTOMS We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.

TRACKING INFORMATION You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped. Sometimes tracking may not be available immediately due to free shipping. Your order will usually be trackable 5–6 days after receiving the tracking number.
WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE? Yes, if you order several products, all will be sent in one package by the courier!
